Volunteer Need: Gala Sponsor Lead

Description: Our annual gala will be held in late Spring. We are looking for a Van Ness community member who is interested in creating a both a corporate sponsor and a family sponsor program for this event. This can be divided into two separate roles, so if you are only interested in one or the other, please indicate your preference.

Training: You will join a team of event and auction organizers to learn about the gala and learn about who we have approached in the past, but you get to shape this.

Time Commitment: This will vary depending on how much time you want to dedicate to this. At minimum, expect two or three meetings in early winter to lay out a plan and then spend time emailing and calling potential sponsors in late winter.

Requirements: All of this work can be done at home and after hours. No volunteer clearance required.
