“Family Pick Up Days” will be conducted over a two-day period: Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30. Each grade level will be assigned a one-hour window on each day during which you can come to Van Ness to pick up items referenced at the link above. If you have more than one child at Van Ness, you may attend any session that corresponds to one of your student’s grade levels.

We will be implementing strict safety protocols, including a mandatory mask requirement (if you do not have one, we will provide one) and social distancing requirements. A maximum of 25 individuals will be allowed in the building at the same time, so please be patient with us as we facilitate everyone’s safe passage into and through the school. We are also requesting that only one family member enter the building to pick up materials, whenever possible, so we can expedite this process. Additional family members may wait outside (with appropriate social distancing).
